Description

The high-strength wear-resistant self-flowing castables are made of high-quality bauxite clinker, mullite and fused corundum. The pure calcium aluminate cement, corundum micro-powder and silicon micro-powder are used as binders. Such self-flowing castable has the characteristics of high strength, good thermal shock resistance, abrasion resistance, erosion resistance and strong corrosion resistance.Self-flowing castable has good fluidity and convenient construction. Self-flowing refractory castable can be used in CFB boilers and other high temperature furnaces.

Applications of Self-flowing Castable:
The self-flow castable has widely application, especially for blast furnace iron runner, department between stave cooler and blast furnace shell.
